It’s a shame you won’t make to Thoughtbubble this year. That said I totally get it 🙏🏼 Anyway have fun at NYCC & tell Greg to come to Thoughtbubble with you next year (please) 🙏🏼

I’ve managed the Classic Console Freeplay department at the US PAX videogame shows since 2014, which tends to keep me in the convention center from 8 am - 1 am each day for the duration of the events. I always make a point of stepping away for at least a few hours to do something offsite. Whether it’s to hit a serendipitous concert that’s coinciding with the con, take in a movie, or just grab food with friends I haven’t seen in a while, it’s so, so, SO clutch to keep from burning out.

I did this last month at Fan Expo Dallas. I had little packets with all my books, some stickers, magnets and a shirt. I gave it to some writers I really admire and a publisher and it was a great experience. Currently talking to the publisher about stuff.

You have always been awesome to chat with and one of my favorite memories is when I met you in person at Planet Comic Con back I'm 2013. That day I did my best to deal with an abscess tooth that day. So my smile in the pics I took were OK, not great. Still it was incredible to interact with you twice during that day. Plus having you sign my new 52 batman figure that I picked up at the con. One day I need Greg to sign it as well. The 1st issue of we have Demons is phenomenal btw. Hope to interact with you again in person one day. Thanks for being awesome Scott.
