Here I am, gearing down and catching up on things. Incredibly generous of you to share what you did on Christmas Eve, and I manage GAD daily, which (as you started) began at childhood (awful parental marriage, some abuse) - it's the kind of thing you swear you'll change for your family and started pro help while serving as an architect at Ground Zero when my firstborn was going on 3. It could be paralyzing but, 20 years on, finally able to usually be the house rock (after my wife's bedrock). Anyhow, thank you for all the glorious distractions and engrossment you've provided all these years - no easy accomplishment. Hoping Q's ear is easing up - those infections can be miserable. Merry and Happy, Sir, and thanks for the positivity!

Thank you so very much Scott. I wish you and your family the very best as well. I rewatched all of Cheers at the beginning of the year and the joy and wisdom I got from it really helped when shit hit the fan a couple of months later. Without doubt some of the best characters to ever grace the screen. Unemployment, sobriety, love, depression and anxiety, it's all there. I hope your kids like it as much as we do, what a great present to you. Looking forward to next year. Be well.

What a wonderful message. Thank you so much! I’m having a great day and night with my family and from ours to yours, sending that love right back. I’m going to think a bit about when over felt anxious or stressed, like the year I was out of work over Christmas and appreciate how happy I am this year. I might not have if I didn’t read this. So, thank you for this gift. Hope Q gets better soon and you all have a happy holidays.
